Our group is supported by The Alzheimer's Society. We run a singing session for everyone affected by Dementia, including loved ones and carers.

Dementia Action Week

During #DementiaActionWeek 2026, South Gloucestershire Council celebrated the power of music for everyone affected by Dementia.

Singing for the Brain sessions at Staple Hill Community Hub offer a joyful, welcoming space for people living with dementia and their families with familiar songs and shared moments of fun. They also provide laughter, friendship and a chance to come together.
